.	Matthew He stands almost stationary and watches people going past in the morning peak period when I walk through. I haven't talked much with him, but I paid him $2 for this photo. He's softly spoken....most of the time. I often wonder what he's thinking. Is he sizing up the best people to beg from? If so, what criteria does he use? How many people give to him? Does he have regular givers? What does he spend his money on? Where does he sleep? What's his background? I don't have any right to ask him these questions; after all, it is already a very unbalanced sort of relationship. Maybe I'll wait till he asks me about my background and habits. . .
